very bad problems hey this is my first post but ive been having these really bad problems with my ls1, its stock besides headers and exhaust but basically its driving like **** and recently the throttle has been less responsive to the point where its limp when i press it but then it will just burst me forward usually only happens when i put in gear and it just boggles and rpms trying to keep themselves up but yesterday it died on me while driving but then started right back up, i changed alternator,fuel pump, plugs and wires, fuel filter, maf sensor, throttle position sensor, o2 sensors, but nothing works and its not the transmission i got it rebuilt and its been like this before the trans went out and ive been frying through 5 alternators in the past 2 months and i dont know if that has something to do with it but whenever i WOT it has a chance of frying it but its driving so bad and weak that i have to press the throttle down more just to keep up with flow of traffic and its just so bad and in the morning i was cruising at 60 and my rpms just dropped below 2k rven tho 60mph is 2k rpm and i have a code p0332 for knock sensor, would that be the problem? im really lost so someone please help
If it's throwing a p0332 code for knock sensors then it sounds like the problem. That can cause all the issues you described. But don't just change the knock sensors and that's it, also check for corrosion and damaged wires while you're in there. In case you don't know, knock sensors are located in the valley cover under the intake manifold. Good luck
