Do you guys know the best part about this quote? The car has well over $150k in it, if I remember correctly. Plus the turbo kit was a one off cusstom build at the time. Oh and how the hell did a 10 scond Supra keep up to a nine second Charger before the rod went?

A mere $15,000 huh?
Overnight from Japan?
A car that looks like a dolled-up creamsicle keeping up with a 9.00 Charger?

Fun movie, but there was some crap that really pissed me off about it. Like, oh I don't know... Fields and fields of crappy rice and cheesy lines?

If I remember correctly that Supra is owned by the head-honcho of the national street racing club thingy, cant remember the name. It is actually quite fast. I would take that Charger any day though. Also, the first FNF was watchable, the second was just horseshit.

I voted for the quarter mile-life one. Very few street cars dip into 10's. Dumb bastards.

A 9 second car doesn't necessarily mean 9.00, it could be anything from 9.000 to 9.999. Just as the 10 second Supra could be 10.000 to 10.999

I believe in the movie, Vin Diesel said that the charger ran 9 seconds flat

I think they are good quotes, but they are super gay when viewed in the context of a domestic muscle car enthusiast, which we all are. That's why they are soooooo funny.

The third one.

You're lucky that hundred shot of NOS didn't blow the welds on the intake!
