The C6 Z06 is equipped with a butterfly exhaust (what this means is under full throttle there is a plate that opens up and it "runs" open exhaust out the back for better performance)

Pics of the Fuse:

Friends write up with a custom location on a toggle for it:

Ok, so it doesn't take a genious figure out what my 3rd mod was. I wired up a switch to turn the exhaust butterfly actuators on and off.
Sorry for the blurry pictures. My Kodak didn't cut it.
I removed the 10 amp fuse. Use my cut off wheel and delicately cut the back side of the fuse case off. to where I could get to the back of the spade connectors. I also severed the link as if the fuse were blown. the reason I did it this way instead of just sliding spade connectors in place of the fuse was to keep some sort of structure to the negative and positive terminal spades. I have this thing for electrical shorts. I don't care for them.

Next I soldered and shrink wrapped the wires and fuse holders to the existing spades making sure the contact was strong and not delicate

Next I filled the end of the original fuse with nonconductive material. This was to ensure that there was no arcing and that the two contacts stayed away from one another.

Voila! All done, tested and ready to roll. Speaking of that. Time to shower and hit the road. Gotta get this thing broken in.

Pics:

Hope this helps brotha

cheers
G

so with some DR's, LT's, and a tune can we see 11.00 @ 130mph?
