If anyone is interested in a balanced 383 internal assembly from Victory Racing, brand new (only assembled and then disassembled) minus the block core itself, it will be up for sale for cheap as well. All you will need for the shortblock is the core. It is the econo 383 setup that you can see right here on their website:
