I bought these from a friend and asked him the same question. He said he called and they told him they'd work on '98-'02. I'm using the rear ones on my '00 now.

Both sets of pistons are for a stroker. The internals on the motor has already been balanced. He doesn't have time to build anything these days that's why it's all up for sale.
