I have the center bolt covers and brackets but just need the bolts for it

if those work for the brackets that's what I need. Not sure what the extra threaded portion on top of the bolt is for but I reckon I can grind those off if I wanted. what's the shipping to 08015? 15 bucks? have a paypal addy?

these I believe were the bolts that held coil bracket to valve covers on my old lq9.
How about $10 to your door?
