First you need to have your picture hosted somewhere. Go to photobucket.com and set up an account. It's Free. Then go to your signature page and insert the link in your signature.

when you edit your sig look at the little icons about the text box. theres an Icon of the world with what looks like a stable click on that. Give in a name IE "click here for pic" then the next step you insert the link addy.
