It looks like the MOFBA website where it's hosted has disappeared! 
Try going to www.mofba.net and see... I suggest you host the image at www.photobucket.com instead.

Or mofba doesn't allow external linking...meaning that if someone clicks on a link to their page from another domain it won't work! Try what ACW said, photobucket is good...if all else fails, buy a domain name and host it yourself!
