Default When testing sig pics, some things to remember.

For everyone testing their sig pictures, remember:
- the picture must be 500x150 pixels in dimension.
- you must have the picture uploaded from another site, like photobucket.com, cardomain.com, etc.
- then in order to put the picture on here you need the picture url NOT the web page url, to get this, right click on the picture in the site, go to properties, and copy and paste the url from there.
For example my signature picture is uploaded on photoucket, my album address is http://photobucket.com/albums/v701/1FASTZ28/, but the one for my signature picture is http://photobucket.com/albums/v701/1...th_SigPic2.jpg, note the added picture info at the end for my signature th_SigPic2.jpg.
- when putting the picture in a thread or signature, you must have after.
If anyone else has more to add keep the list going, I just wanted to help some of the people out who are having a little trouble with this.

I think I followed directions.
How do you get a picture here instead of a link?
Thanks

hllywd, tried fixing your sig, but you need to host it at a site that allows direct linking. yahoo apparently does not, or the address you have only works when dynamically accessed through a server script.

photobucket works great.

Yep, Yahoo does not allow offsite image use

I tried going to that address with the intent of saving the image on www.imageshack.us , but even manually going to that address the image won't load for me. Suggest saving the image on imageshack.us or www.photobucket.com instead of that Yahoo junk

the original address worked but once i edited it it deleted the dynamic server tag used to access it at that location.
