can you half fill a block and still street drive the hell out of it? just wondering, i haven't filled mine, but if it helps longevity of the motor i am all for it. then again, i am not pulling my motor this year so it will be hard to say when i will get to that.

Taner.....mine is half filled and I drive it on the street all the time! It will certainly strengthen the block. I advise doing it! With the power you have.....its only a matter of time!

ideally, the block needs to be torn down to at least the shortblock. Unless you are filling the entire block, I don't see how else you can do this.
You only fill one half of the block at a time. One bank needs to be vertical with the deck facing up and level. It needs to sit overnight after the fill. Then spin the block 90* so the other deck is up and repeat.

I'm kinda uncertain as to whether the current turbo motor will handle the power the twins will throw at it. The turbo setup is more than capable of running a good number, but I don't think what it's connected to will like it much. I wish I had 6-bolt mains.
