What type of REAR springs? Stock Suspension

What type of REAR springs? Stock Suspension What rear springs are you guys running in your stock suspended cars? V-6, V-8, Afco? What spring rate? Is your car lowered? What does it weigh?
The car had coil over's on it when I bought it and I am aiming for high nines at this point. BUT
I may swap to the big turbo and run a stock suspension heads up class.
