Made it in the 9's I dont post up much, but I did make it to all the LS1 tech races this year. I started this year running 11.4x. Every time we went to the next event, we were a little faster. Well Saturday I met my goal. Went to track to try for a new best. The first pass Car went on the rear bumper. I peddled it, and came down in the other lane. Thank god the car in the other lane broke at the start line. 1.30 60 ft. Next pass Tied the front end down. 1.39 60 ft. 4.03 330 6.32 @ 108.2 1/8 9.96 @ 134.96 1/4 All Motor This is on a foot brake stock cubed 6.0l hydraulic cam stock pcm 4.10 gears 3100 lbs. Cant wait to run it again. Ryan |
wow thats cool, so what setup do you have? how much power does it take to do that? great job! any pictures? |
Nice job Ryan! |
Nice job...congrats |
Damn too bad you didn't have that 1.30 60 on th e2nd pass it would have been 9.80's. Nice job! |

think that 135mph pass could of been done on stock internals on the ls1? Well with a cam + power adder? If so for how long? |
I dont think so.. the only power adder you could get close on and keep your engine from completely cooking is F/I. And I dont think you could get that out of a Stock internals block. I think that when I get the bugs shook out of mine I am pushing the limits of safe with a stock block running 125-130 with (Hopefully soon) high 10's. Not that I couldnt get it once... or twice without blowing up the motor... you could spray or really crank your PSI... but I dont think it would last. |
Ryan, Great job bro and congrats on the series champion. You've been updated :pimp: |
