Those must spool pretty quick.

The A/R is low so it should spool fast, I am going with a 1.32 on my 80mm turbos.

1.32 will be fine, we were going to change the housings over to them but the 1.06 were doing the job, the car only did 4 passes with the 408 in it all were under 9.2, it did run 9.4@148 with a 346ci in it

it was under turboed with this setup hence the switch to the GT55 for the new setup

what rear suspension setup do you have?

it was a little on the large side but it flowed really good and had almost 0 pressure drop, but thats what you get when you use quality PWR cores,

the rear suspension is as it left the holden factory, standard IRS, standard control arms, bilstien shocks, BMR drive shafts and stub axles, stock diff with full spool, very basic setup,

the pumps are 2x 044 600hp and 2x 910 which are 350hp, when worked out the flow of the 2x 044's the injectors would flow more than the 2 pumps can pump so 2 extras were added for safety,

it was running 79lb racetronix injectors off the factory computer with a HP Tuners 3 bar os,

the new setup is 8x 79lb and 8x 28lb factory LS6 injectors, that will give us enough fuel to make the 1500hp on C16, it will be running 2x factory computers with 1 just running the 28lb injectors and the other runinng the ignition and 79lb injectors

im guessing it will be running by the end of the year

now thats an interesting setup! please keep us updated !

not to be sarcastic, but why didn't you go with bigger injectors ( say 120 lbs/hr ) and an impedance converter??

i tested 3 different converter boxes and none of them worked well, the car ran fine but the difference in the egt's between cyliders was a big worry, as soon as they high injectors were put back in all the cyliders were back to with in 30deg of each other,

thats one thing the data logger will tell you that you would other wise think everything was fine, the AFR's out the pipes were perfect, but some of the cyliders were rich and some were lean

i was quite shocked at the state of these boxes, with out EGT logging on each cylinder you would never know there was a problem till you burnt up a few pistons,

some cylinders were 600 deg c and some were 800 deg c and this was only on 15psi, on 20psi would just make the problem worse..
