We use to seal with World blocks years ago, The last few blocks w found problems with they did nothing to help up out and the very last block we bought it was filled to bottom of the freeze plug holes with epoxy and the customer dis not want the block, When we called World they did not have answer and would not take the block back and after the episode we stopped using their blocks.
Their main lines are only line bored and not finished with a line hone we have seen cam tunnel issues and lifter placement problems as well.
Any problems we have had with the Dart blocks they have been addressed and all issues have been resolved.
