Default 408 sbc exhaust flow question

Hey, I have an SBC converted Porsche 928 with about 550hp. I was wondering what people thought about this exhaust setup that I am currently running with a 3" dynomax ultra flo x muffler. It was chosen because it take up less space/weight than an x pipe with 2 extra mufflers. Is this giving me enough flow with my .595 cam?

Thanks in advance
-Seb

Looks killer! I have no clue how restrictive that muffler is on the INSIDE. I would actually cut it apart to see... haha Seriously... if it necks down to a single 3" somewhere in the middle... your efforts are wasted.

I would have suggested merging your pipes into a single 4", possibly OVAL shaped 4" pipe for ground clearance.

I was thinking of taking a look inside for myself but figured Id ask you guys first. Heres a cutaway and look through. Despite what others have said, the quality is fairly good and there are no rattles.
My only question is will this flow enough?

I love that design! I would actually trust it to flow really well. It should sound great too.

Call Dynomax and ask. Seriously, they should give you some type of an answer that will give you a ball park estimate on the CFM's their muffler is capable of flowing.
