350 chevy oil pressure drops rapidly after starting. Hey I working on a 94 chevy 1/2 ton 4x4 I start it up and it has 40-50 psi oil pressure then after 5-10 seconds it rapidly drops to 2-5 psi and stays there.
Could it be a pick up tube? Oil pump? other problem??

Check the oil pump...
Could be a broken pressuer spring, or just a bad pump.
When the pick up falls off usually the pressure stays good till your driving and on the brakes.
