Default 79 vette missing RPO sticker

I posted this up on corvette forum, but it's pretty slow there. May find more help here.

I recently picked up a 79 and a 91 corvette, and am trying to figure out what the options were.
I have receipts from the previous owner having $7000 worth of engine work done, but no details(bought it from a dealer who is a corvette specialist).

The VIN says it's a 79 that came equipped with an L48, but the insurance company registers it as a 80. That's not really a problem. It has what look to be original L82 badges on the hood.

The drivers door has the original stickers and plates, it has codes for Exterior as Corvette Red, and interior as Red leather. The appearance matches at least.
The passenger door and glove box both are missing any RPO sticker, if they had them.

The entire car has 37K original miles.
The engine was rebuilt in 09, has an edelbrock 4 Barrel carb, edelbrock Performer RPM intake manifold, After market finned valve covers, Iron Heads(unknown casting number, have yet to pull a valve cover), shorty headers, and side pipes.

It has a cam of some sort, and what feels like a 2500-3000 stall converter, with a shift kit.
This thing feels like it has mid 13's in it, at least.

I looked up the casting number on the driver's rear of the block behind the head and it only comes up as a 69-80 350 with 2 or 4 bolt main. I still need to get the stamped number off the front of the block.

Any info that y'all can give me on how to find out all the engine/body codes would be greatly appreciated.

Here's some low quality cell pics. I'll be getting it detailed Tuesday.
