Default LT1 won't start

HELP!! 94 LT1 w/4L60E in 87 FJ60. This has been my daily driver sense conversion 2 years ago with no problems. 4th July, engine dies as if running out of gas. Finally restart but very hard. Once running, smooth and lots of power. Got home put fuel gauge on it while running. Pressure 40's and maintains while reeving engine. Shut off , try restart , a little hard but starts. Shut off and cool down, wont start, Engine trying but no go. Replace plugs and wires. Retry start, nothing. not even trying to start, and still wont start to this day. So here is the list of things I've replaced...
Complete new Opti, New temp sensor, New ICM, fuel filter and yes new PCM from Speed Scene. Oxy sensors a year ago.
Things I've checked... Fuel pump, every injector for resistance and that they are opening, fuel pressure, every vac hose, leaks, cracks, you name it. It will not start. When you turn it over it's as if there's no spark but I know there is, I've checked. Any one of these sensors would explain a poorly running engine, but this will not even start.
So if I have spark, and if I have fuel then possibly 180 deg out on new Opti...Checked and double checked. #1 cyl on compression stroke, got spark. Got compression.
Bad TPI??? I would think it would start but run bad. Just FYI.. all emissions have been removed from this engine and like I said Speed Scene did the reprogram and wiring.
I'm totally out of ideas here.Any help would be most appreciated.

Have you checked the ignition module? When they start going bad the car will start cold run fine until it gets hot. Eventually it will lead to a no start condition.

I did replace the the ICM. I have been told that the MAFS is capable of not allowing an engine to even start, but hard to believe. Checking for the procedure to checking the MAFS.
