Default Gen4 to Gen1 motor mounts?

I have a project I am working on. I have tried searching on here for the answer but unable to locate anything yet. I have a 2002 Z28 with an ls1 k member. I am looking to put a gen 1 SBC in the car. I wanted to know if there is a company that makes adjustable motor mounts to go from ls1 k to gen1 sbc? Or is that going to be all custom?

Nope, no one downgrades like that. You can probably swap to a LT1 l member and get away with that. You must like spending money.

Free stuff is expensive I have seen this done many times before. Especially at the strip. Now that I'm looking to do this no one knows. Its a downgrade in technology, not In power. This Gen 1 will out run most ls once installed.

Just like zones said, get an LT1 k member and it will bolt in.

As far as out running, pound for pound and everything equal, LS will beat gen 1 all day. It's your money though. You'll learn that in the end.

Don't need to. We just know the LS is light years ahead in development. Get a 93-95 car, put the LS front end on it and it will already have the K member you desire. From there you won't have any emissions to worry about as far as OBD 2 goes. No idea if you love in an emissions area.

A sbc is limited compared to a LS. Cut and dry man. You have to go aftermarket to catch up with what stock LS can do. And LS aftermarket hits 510 cubes.
