Need help with this job! Will I run into any problems, engine is coming out of 94 caprice and is fuel injected.. Gonna rebuild engine first, what would be the best set up for high performance, cam and crank suggestions, what style pistons etc.. And will I also need pcu off of caprice to run engine?

You might want to convert it to 24x and coil ignition because the Opti is the devil. That way you could also use the LS1 0411 PCM. I'm planning on doing exactly that once funds allow.

did the car come w a ls1?. why would u drop in a sbc 350 over a ls motor?
unless its a v6 before then I guess that's an upgrade

The car has a v6 in it right now, and the engine is going out I can tell, I had to replaced the head gaskets and that bought me more time. Anyways I wanna upgrade might as well.. Just a sbc carb 350 would be nice but I read other threads and saw all the conversions they had to do.. And well I got a lt1 350 out of a 94 caprice and runs with that same trans I have on my Camaro now.. Just wanna make sure it will all work and what conversions I will have to make before I dive in..

I've been looking up that 24x systems and it looks pretty legit! And not to hard to install or too expensive.. This engine i have is set up different than the corvette or Camaro lt1's, the engine I have is also the 350 lt1 but it doesn't have fuel injectors.. It's set up with a 4 bolt carb intake and has the injection there.. Which I've never seen before.
