Thanks yeah got some stuff done.
We replaced the twin cheap 10 inch electric pusher fans with 11 inch Spal fans. Also purchased a Powermaster mini starter and Powermaster 100 amp alt.
Also relocated the trans cooler to under the car. Used the old electric fan on it to aid cooling.
Next is a converter. Going with a Street Edge. Probably around 3000-3200 stall(9.5" with lock up ).

Vega
WOW!! That things beautiful. I had a 73 vega GT with a 355/turbo 350. That wasin the late 70's. Imagine with newer tech what it could be today. It was very mild and still fast as hell. 6.95 1/8th mile. Use to eat BB mopars for lunch, and I was a Mopar guy. You don't see vegas that nice anymore. I may haveta look again.

Launching!
Normally not a red car fan but I love everything about yours it is awesome!!
If you even decide to let it go please look me up. Not that Im rolling in money (which I rarely see actually lol) but would sure like a crack at it.
Would make a great DD!
Finding a vega that isnt rusted to death is about impossible these days
