Unhappy Help With Engine Swap

I would like to know if this engine would fit a 1985 Pontiac Trans Am? Will a lot of cutting be needed? I'm new to all this. And if someone can point in the right direction, in regards to what engine I can use I would really appreciate it. I want a high output engine with no cutting if possible. I was looking into the following engine:

I would suggest manual just because of the fun factor. If it was an original auto that will be easier to go auto but I doubt any cutting would be needed either way.
