I have a 92 c1500 with a 350 tbi and I'm looking into swapping it out for a 454 out of an old k30. The truck has a 5 speed manual that I believe is an nv1500. I know I'll need to up the radiator and put in a fuel regulator to bring down the pressure and I'm pretty sure the tranny will work just have to get a different flywheel. The engine going in does have 550hp and I'm just wondering if there's going to be anything else I'm going to need to do in order to swap this motor in

No such thing as an NV1500, the NV3500 would be a possibility, and probably won't survive your 454. SM465s aren't sporty, but are cheap, common, available, and unbreakable.
