first time posting here

I have a 94 firebird lt1 m6 and it will sometimes shut off while in driving. every now and then it will start back up just turning the key sometimes I have to jump start it and sometimes even that will not work it will however start after sitting for a while

when does it shut off you ask? whenever it wants to but I have seen it happen twice when shifting gears at higher rpms and during turns so it seems to be sometimes rpm related however it will idle forever without dying and you can rev to any rpm without problems.

ive got good battery good plugs icm has been replaced coil is less than a year old

I inspected the coil connections and the white ignition control wire listed as number 423 in the dealer service manual is not connected to anything it just hangs there however I can still drive the car without it when it runs. perhaps my wiring has been messed up by a previous owner?

any advice would be greatly appreciated

​​​​​​​car died on me yesterday while idling and did not start again engine still spins but no spark fuel pressure is good
