Help - swapping 250 from a 1968 El Camino for a 350 Planning to swap the 250 engine currently in the El Camino for a new 350 that I'm planning to assemble next year. My main concerns are with the transmission; it has the factory Powerglide transmission. As long as I have the correct size flexplate on the engine, are there any other modifications I should make? Can the stock Powerglide handle a little more than 350 ft-lbs of torque?
