Lunati used the .X45" type lift....Comp was mostly .630",.640", etc.
Not really sure if you're looking to identify a mystery cam that you have or
wanting one spec'd for an application
Your general numbers are similar to one's I've used in 12-13:1 406"-408" small blocks and usually will pull strong to 7200 or so with proper supporting mods
383s would get about 6-8 less duration and 355s about 6 less than that @.050"

Large runners make sense since the alcohol is nearly twice as much liquid going through there; less room for air, but I'd try to get the intake side in that 252-256@.050" range.....exhaust at mid 260s is fine. Could just send it to Cam Motion or Bullet and get it cam doctored/reground etc.
I prefer to get upper RPMs from light valves, springs, reatiners, rockers and stiff push rods. That way you can shorten up the duration a smidge to build more cylinder pressure/torque. Dynos measure torque not horsepower. The shorter the stroke, the more important cylinder pressure becomes. Don't forget about the advantages of running an AIR pump either. If you can afford one, the less ring flutter from reduced crankcase pressure returns torque from better sealing cylinder pressure(greater number of crankshaft degrees past TDC).
