Default Metal shavings, valve adjustment and pushrod clearance questions

Was taking a look at my rockers and under the valve covers on 327 in 49 Chevy I have and noticed quite a bit of metallic oil and shavings built up next to the front head bolt. Has 15k on the rebuild and I seem to continue to have trouble with the rockers not seeming to stay adjusted properly (hydraulic anti pump up lifters) gonna drain oil as it got late but any thoughts on these pics? Hoping a cam lobe isn't wiped out seems to be a little wear on pushrods I know the higher ratio can rub

Found this next to the head bolt...

on these but this is a stock 1.5 gonna be sad if I have to year into it was planning on selling to fund turbo 5.3l and a transbrake for th400. Hoping it might just be build up from breakin?
