Default Compression test

I recently had a 383 stroker shortblock built, after running it for about only 50 miles it seemed to be smoking alot of oil. I realize with chromolly rings there should be some smokin during the break in period but this seemed rather excessive. So I did a compression test on each of the cylinders and they all had ratings from 130-150...which i have been told is on the low side. I was wondering what is a good compression rating. All of the plugs looked good except the #8 which was oily. I also found that during the break in period I had an intake leak that was leaking coolant into the oil and I was wondering if this could have kept the rings from seating properly. If not then would you think it to be a bad valve seal... thanks
