Default All Aluminum 427?

Im putting in a aluminum 427 with Donovan block from Shafiroff. Right now i have a 350 ho deluxe crate motor and 700 r4 tranny. What modifications will it take to get the engine running? Im guessing fuel pump/lines possibly ministarter etc. I have heard many thing but im not sure which i really "need". What about cooling? Definately changing to electric fan. Im also hooking that motor to a tko-600. What will need to be done to get that in. Also how should i drop it in?. Attach to the engine before i drop or seperately or what? I have the qa1 adjsutable shocks with spring for the 350. Will they need to be different for the 427 becase its like 100 lbs less? Hopefully not because i just put in the global west control arms

that is good then because if it was a dry sump you would have to put alot more money into the oiling system.
