Default 383 help and guesstimates!!

I purchased a 72 Chevelle from a friend that has a 383 stroker in it. Im looking for some hp estimates and maybe which way I should take it. I dont know too much about specs and all, but here are the basics
Its a 383 stroker, it heads are the Edelbrock Performer Rpm w/angled plugs. If you need some specific specs to help with a guess, I can provide.
It also has the performer RPM cam and @.050 its like a 234/244 w/a 112lobe.
It also has a Holley 670 carb.
Im just looking to see if you can give me a guess on what you think the power is currently untuned, and what you think I can get out of it by tuning.
Im also wondering what would be the ideal sized carb for the best power gains, the previous owner was going to go with a Holley 750 dual pump. Any help is appreciated!!

well judging from the carb size, its probably got a relatively low compression ratio in terms of performance engines, the cam seems decent for a street/strip car, the heads are aluminum im assuming? im gonna guess around 300-325 horses at the flywheel, its hard to make an accurate guess with the little amount of info provided.

I know the heads are aluminum. I dont know what else to post so someone could give a better guess. The only thing I do know is my friend said his setup is similar to another edelbrock setup that is producing 500ish hp. I guess I just need to get it dynoed. I have run a 12.7 so far in it, thats with limited slip, 2.73's. What is the largest carb you would put on a 383 period, or does it depend a lot on other factors?

I have the specs on the cam and heads in this edelbrock brouser. I know my friend said he was going to with a the 750cfm. He also said about getting a double pump or something, or that the holley 750 already had it. I know the motor also has forged internals, I need to try and find out exactly what is in it.
