Leaking injectors ?

Leaking injectors ? Me and my brother worked on his motor and it keeps blowing his top o-rings on the injectors. He has a brand new 355 TPI with 22lb Ford racing injectors. I think he needs to check the fuel pressure but what do u guys think. Any and all help is appreciated.
