lt1 k member for sbc swap? ok i got a 99 v6 camaro that im wanting to put a sbc in. i think the sbc is pretty much the same block as a lt1 but im not 100 percent sure. i already have a 350 to go in. the camaro is a 5 speed, will that mount up? the 350 isnt that powerfull probly not even 300 hp

No, you will need a SBC tranny, as far as the mounts just use the LT1 mounts, 1 side is exactly the same, the other side eonly 2 of the 3 holes will line up, 2 should be fine, I dont like taking chances though, I modded mine so all 3 holes lined up
