stolen 2002 z-28
Police just left. Stolen out of my driveway in the middle of the night. Guess I wont need the magnaflow catback that should arrive today. I thought the passkey system would prevent it from getting stolen, I was wrong

Sorry Im located in metairie la. I just got the car 7 months ago after getting rid of my 79 and 92 camaro. Man what a bummer I am seriously considering getting a dog, at least it might bark if it hears any noise at night. No glass on ground and alarm was set how did they get it ?

Thanks everybody, I guess i'll have to change my username to "former"2002-z28. Guess who just knocked on the door- the ups guy, and guess what he delivered- magnaflow catback exhaust #15684 that I ordered last week. Now I need to call back and see what their return policy is and have to ship it back on my dime and is this box huge-how much will that cost ?

sorry for your lost
all you need is common sense. just start hanging at tha local spots. you will find you car easy. they will paint your car and change just tha dash vin. shows how stupid they are. i sold cars for 10 years and you wouldn't believe all tha stolen cars that role threw tha slidell auction. when you trust tha factory alarm, you're begging for trouble. your next car, install you a kill switch in a hidden location. you order exhaust before you upgrade your security. why don't you leave tha exhaust where the car was...........

True my SS was stolen on Sep. 29 between 2 an 5am A kill switch won't help If it was stolen by the same crew that stole mine just start looking for a new car. My car was stolen from Thibodaux and was found in Marrero. Dude sorry for your loss. But if you do get another one Get it insured through Grundy then at least when they take it you will get enough cash to get another one

Man I feel your pain. I AM SICK OF THIS **** AROUND THIS AREA. IF I CATCH ANYONE MESSING WITH MY CAR THEY WON"T LIVE TO TELL THE STORY. It's nothing for them to get in your car. These guys go under the dash and pull the VATS/BCM box out and replace it with another box, pop the steering wheel column, and start the car with the matching key to their box. The car will start right up. Three thing that might save your car: Lojack, Pull out all your fuses, A garage. I now know why someone always have a motor are something for sale around here!!!

It really is always in LA, when/if they catch these ******** I hope they nail em to the f****ing wall. These bastards are organized, well paid, and probably gang or organized crime affiliated.

A friend of mine that had his car stolen from the West-Bank at his apt. said that his car was pushed down the street and then started. He talked to a witness the next morning and she said "I thought it was you and your friends, and one of them had a gun on them" the car was taken between 3am-4am...

Im really sorry to hear about the car bro. I live in metairie and i dont know what id do if that happened to me (probably keep my fingers super glued crossed that it was overhawlin'). im rebuilding my car right now and want to see if anyone knows a really good tactic to battle these thieves. i have a friend in baton rouge that told me he could hook up a kill switch to my keyless entry remote. is this even possible? would it work?
