Question Good tune shop/person near gadsen or Birmingham

Someone told me my timing was offor maybe something else, so I figured rather than go to dealer to have them diagnose it, find a shop instead to dyno tune it, I know some people say u don't need a tune untilu get cam or whatever but even as little as headers can mess up the car, so I figured why not have them look at it and time at same time.... anyways if you know anyone lemme know please

Just like Ray said. There is also Speed South and Blake Walker. I believe most will recommend Marcus, Gomer or Blake Walker.

I use Vengeance Racing in Cumming, GA.

Blake Walker does not tune. Just runs the dyno.

Yes, Walker has a dyno. I'm not sure who does the tuning though.

There you have it. So, you if said something to Gomer and didn't hear anything back then maybe you can call Blake and hear something.

Why do you think your timing is off?

What does the car running well with the MAF tune have anything to do with it?
You ordered one thing, and you got something else.
2 years went by.
You didn't verify what kind of tune you had received until 2 years later.
Anything you've done to the car since then doesn't matter so long as you didn't touch the tune.
Because of the time lapse, it's pretty much at the shops decision whether or not they want to admit that a mistake was made, if in fact they dishonestly gave you a MAF tune and charged you for a SD one.
An honest shop will admit a mistake, regardless of how much time has passed if they remember the mistake that was made.
If I buy a K member and it sits in a box for 2 years and I have an email record with the vendor saying it was for a turbo K and they sent me a non turbo K by mistake, it's their call to make it right or not. I have zero recourse. It's on me to have checked the parts when they arrived, rather than relying on a mistake to not happen.

I once bought a center console listed as 02 black and it was 97 gray. I didn't check the color, and 60 days went buy. Seller refused to make it right, so I painted it the correct color. Their call to not make it right. My call to not do any more business with them and tell others about the situation. Not really any loss for me except 30 minutes and $10 worth of paint. A greater loss for them of me taking any future business elsewhere.
