Jim, how's the Jeep after the tune?

ya we need to get things going!! The Jeep is awesome man, its pretty cool to have a 10 sec SUV. The AWD is amazing and able to put all the power to the ground from a dead stop. We are going to turn up the boost soon and shoot for 9's. ;)

I've been wondering how many people on tech are from or around Lafayette.

Not in laffy but i remember seeing that car on the dyno. I work right across the street from Geoff at Lightning Motorsports.

I saw your car parked over there too. It looks clean to say the least! How are those Dart's treating you?

Thanks. They are treating me pretty good. built the new bottom end, went down pretty significantly in cam size and ported the darts and did a 5angle valve job, everything the same other than that and it picked up 4mph at the track. Still have some fine tuning to do but i think it will pull some 11.4's@120. (previous best was 12.02@114)

cool and you've had some nice rides dude. I think the 500 whp Civic is particularly cool.

I have always liked imports that put down big power and just just sound like a fart can. I raced a turbo CRX once in my supercharged Viper that put down 565 whp before I turned it up to 765 whp, and at the 565 he hung with me pretty well and surprised the hell out of me. It sounded like a pissed off bee and was pretty bada**.

Yeah i work at an import shop actually, still love being involved in racing and all but mainly just helping customers and stuff like that. I got rid of the civic in 07 and xtreme street camaro in 08 and just got back into this camaro back in may. Here are a couple vids of the civic

those are some fast imports man. Are there any killer Supras in BR? I have a buddy looking for one.

I know, was trying to go to the track this Sunday but the weather messed that up. I will get up some vids soon. Need to get some cool vids taken ya know. Like my wife screaming while she trys to hold the camera and film, lol. :D

Yall should come out to Import Face-Off on the 18th out at State Capital Raceway. Its an import event but we have plenty of fbodies and stangs going out there to test n tune.

they have a couple supras around, nothing crazy except one guy who is back and forth from br to houston alot with a 1200whp supra thats been 8.80's. He doesnt run it much at the track, just alot of interstate roll racing as he has a honda drag car he runs at the track.

Got our new plate today for the shop truck. :)
