My 2000 TransAm recently started ticking and is throwing an SES light. The sound appears to be coming from the front of the drivers side head. I'm "hoping" it's a bad lifter or something like that but I'm not 100% sure so I'm looking for somebody who can dive in to it and lemme know what needs to be done and fix it.

Car is full bolt on's with stock heads and stock cam.
