I got my bandclamps today from NAPA, thanks for the recommending them. Now I hope there is a muffler shop open tomorrow to make me some turndowns tailpipes so I can hang the rear of my exhaust. Im ready to get this crap over with.

And IF I get it done then yes I will be at shadyside.

Michael man I swear to you that it was harder, way harder, changing plugs than putting these headers on. These thing just slid into place. Only had to pull the dipstick tube since it goes between the primaries. Took the steering shaft loose and swung it out of the way which added like 5 minutes to the install. Man it was the exhaust that I made myself that was a beeyyatch!

here is a pic of the complete system off the car and one showing clearance at the lowest point

this system sounds very mild at idle and steady rpm cruising to be honest, but you cut into it and all hell breaks loose

pic is kinda dark and it doesnt show turndown tail pipes thats on it now ... i drove it around and pulled in some gas station with big dips and never touched anything, and my tips hang lower than my bullets so i think im ok

Wish I could go with you guys today! Beautiful weather today, will make some great times if you can hook up.

My mother took a fall last night and while the x-rays showed no broken bones, she is VERY sore and I have to stay with her today.

Looks great Force! Glad they went in easy. Get ready for a BIG reduction in ET. These cars love to breathe. You did a great job on that X pipe doing it youreslf. Now get us some track times!

Thanks Steve! Gonna try to squeeze some more out of her at the beginning of the year. Rear shocks and Strange drag brakes going on over the winter. Should be intresting come springtime.

Whats yall's winter plans??

Not to break anything! I need a fuel pump so I can spray some more. But mostly just some learning on launching the 6 speed and trying out the new gears and tires.
