New to High Point NC : Whats the scene down here? Just moved with my wife from NJ....been in the LS1 game for 4 years, first with an 11 second LS1 Formula, now my wife has a GTO....
Rockingham seems to be the closest 1/4 strip here....Any street racing here at all?
We are living in an apartment for now, our house should be done in June.
Anyone else near High Point/Greensboro/Raleigh Durham etc??

Sounds like you should check that out
Lot of great people in the club... they meet up at the Nascar Cafe by Four Seasons Mall in Gboro every 1st and 3rd Thursday.

Its a few guys from your area coming up to MD for the EFA points series at MIR this year...
hopefully we can get about 150 4th gens racing this year in one place at one time

You missed a great meet last night, about 60 cars and 100 people but it was cold as hell. I couldnt believe the turnout. My damn feet were numb by the time I left. I think tonight everyone will be going to CP Racing in Charlotte. Usually 100 or so cars there. Goto www.nctuners.com or www.undergroundracing.com and check out those local boards. Be warn its alot of rice on there but some F-body, Stang and Vette guys too. I'll let ya know when we have our next big meet, oh and it will be warmer I promise lol

Man, i wish there was a huge meet around my parts like yours. All we can get is all the imports to meet up at one time. Not many f-bodies around atlanta except up north. I just fell in love with that black trans am. Buitifull car man keep it nice.

Check out horsepowerjunkies.com its nc based and you'll find plenty of people to play with.... we are havin a 30 or so car cruise today then finishin up at hooters for bewbies and beer... this is in raleigh

Looks like a buch of people are going out to the cart racing place on 85 around 8:00pm tonight. I got to work but if ya go look for the WRX STI's and f-bodies
