you need to sell me the wheel if you are going to sell it cuz i dont think im going to sell mine and you might want to think about selling all of the mods and putting it back to stock if you want to get more for it

Yeah I certainly don't think its worth the value of the car plus the value of the mods, that price would be outrageous. But It seems like many people would be willing to pay an extra, say, 2 thousand for over 10k worth of mods, especially people who would have modded it anyway....

Anyone else? Seriously, you guys don't think extensive mods make it worth more, even a little? Just throw some numbers out there. If I really couldn't get more than 4 or 5k for it I'd probably just let it hang out at the house and save up to buy an ls1 car, too. Thanks for your input so far, though.

I would start it out at 10k atleast if I were you and go from there. I would of swore your car had less miles on it as clean as it is, and someone that knows these cars will jump on it. Its not modded to the extreme, but has some serious cash invested. And it's just about the sickest sounding car in Dvlle. Hold out till you get a good offer, don't **** yourself over by letting it go for cheap, its an awesome car.

i bought my red '97 TA for $8000. it had most bolt ons minus headers. 68,000 miles and a six speed. also have SLP LM and CAI. later tail lights and wheels lowered 1.5 inches. i have great pix but they are too large to post. plan to step up to a '05 GTO this summer to go with my '65.

man , don't ask on boards like this because these people always say that you don't get your money back for your mods.People on these boards expect you to give it away so try to sell it local or put it in the auto trader...or something like that!

i found mine on Auto Trader. Cars.com is another good site. and mods are only worth something if the buyer finds them desirable. companies that rate vehicle value never take mods into consideration, only factory installed items, and milage, milage being the trump card to everything. though one on one mods can be a bargaining chip, in either the buyer or sellers favor, during negotiation. often time mods can detract from the overall value of the car. as far as most see it, a '97 TA is a '97 TA, no matter whats on it.

Kelly blue book gives a range of $4600-5900 for a '97 with your milage.
