Hey guys, haven't been on here in a while. I wanted to post up that I am renting my house in Boiling Springs. It is a 2200 sq ft. townhouse on a "lake" (more like a very large pond) that was built in 2005. I lived in it for a short period of time before my change in jobs. I will post pics up soon. 2 car garage, 3 bedrooms, gas fireplace, 2 large living areas, large kitchen, etc. It's a gated community with pool and gym. Looking for a year lease at around 1200/mo (this would be the perfect place for 2 people to go in together on).
