Anyone from West Monroe/Monroe, La? Just curious if anyone in here is from West Monroe/Monroe, La? I use to live there but am stationed in California. Just wanted to see if anyone I knew from back home was on the forum. thanks

No but I actually live in P-ville, I know Todd, he's from your area and a pretty cool guy.
Might be coming to SCD soon though, there's a girl from here (Jamie) with a silver T/A with a Firehawk hood that likes to run up there and I might follow them next time the go up there to play.

im from west monroe, i used to drive a black 91 camaro back in the day when everyone hung out at the carwash in west monroe by brookshires. My best friend actually bought a car from tod, 00 z28 that ran 12s. i almost bought an s10 from him back in like 03.

I'm from West Monroe, but I've been in Florida for the last nine years. If you all were hanging at the car wash by brookshires, you are probably quite a bit younger than me. I was past the parking lot thing when that place was built. I lived out on arkansas rd. near harrold rd. I still plan to move back there someday. Florida Sucks!

I'm from Monroe, I use to work at the Safeway in West Monroe across from the Mill, back in the 70s thru 80s (I am old). I also worked at Monroe Warehouse with my buddy Mark (Razor Blade). The last cars I had back than was a yellow '70 340 Dart and a green 93 5.0 coupe. I raced at Twin City Drags, The good old days!! I've been in Raleigh about 14 years now.

Vince, my first car was a 1991 Camaro RS. i use to hang up there with Barron and all those guys, Tod, the guy with the Orange SS, Blurr?? i cant remember his first name for some reason.. Roy, and a few other people
