Another Southern F-Body Girl
A month ago, I talked to one of my buddies who runs a wrecking yard and he told me about a 94 Camaro at some other guy's junkyard. We went and looked and I said "Get it." I'm itching for a new toy since I got rid of my Mustang - this time I'm doing it right.
Then hubby got a great job offer, and the process of selling/renting/buying/finding a job put getting my car on the back burner. No shop at the rent house and hubby's car won't even make it down the road.
But I talked to my wrecker guy last night, and he said he picked up the car and is in the process of getting all the paperwork, and it will be at his yard waiting for me as long as I need it to.
Not a bad way to spend $300. It just has the one dent in the ds rear quarter panel and needs a new steering wheel (looks like somebody hacksawed a club off of it). And of course, the V6 is coming out. I hope to go LS1, but will go LT if I can find the right deal - I don't really care as long as it's Chevy and V8!!! I'm so freaking excited to be out of (#1) a Ford and (#2) a V6 "sports" car!!!
