What about tread life? I've got some sitting in my basement, but they don't really have all that much tread left.

rubber gets dry and hard after time, be careful with older tires.

I think they've been sitting down there for about a year. They were the original tires that came from the factory on my SS...so now that I think about it, those suckers around about 10 years old. Not many miles on them though...Just not an abundance of tread-life.
