So I am drving home yesterday from Lenox Mall on 75/85 south and my drivers side t-top blows off at about 80-85 mph, luckily no one was hurt, when I went back it had shattered into a million or so pieces and was on the shoulder of the road..anyways i need a new one asap i am located in riverdale and need one asap thanx

You're not the only one. I spent prob $1000 in T-tops over the years of having F-bodies and leaving them unlatched.

I always got mine from "TaCreations" in Florida. Were always in near perfect shape.

Still have the busted piece of the t-top? I'm playing around with a project and need the latching mechanism, interior piece, rubber, etc... Basically everything but the glass.

I had that happen to me when I was driving to the airport to fly to Vegas for Christmas one year. I had to have my buddy go get one that morning and he got it on my car since I had to catch a flight. That sucks.

That sucks. Although it's not like 85/285 has any shortage of debris. One time I almost hit a ******* COUCH going 90mph.

LOL same thing happened to me friday night. I forgot to latch my targa top and as im merging onto the frwy it flew off at about 60 mph. didnt hit anyone but It got banged up pretty good and even cracked the fiberglass ( i dont have the glass top), shop is going to charge me 500 buxs to leave it in "original condition"

I just bought a C6 roof and they are WAYYYY cheaper for some reason than the C5's on there.

Although, if you decide to upgrade to a glass roof and want to sell your busted one cheap I might take it off your hands
