I seriously doubt that red one is a WS6. The credibility of the ad suffers: 1) Its a Formula, not a T/A. 2) Why would you remove the WS6 badge and then claim its a WS6? 3) No close-up of the engine compartment to verify it has the raised WS6 radiator support under the air box. 4) Nothing on that hood looks remotely "factory". 5) No close-up of the SPID decal on the driver's door (but at least it is there).

Whelp, that is a raised WS6 radiator support / lower airbox. And the hood, although painted, looks like a factory piece.

Wow, nice, and rare. There were only 11 10U (white) WS6 Formulas w/ M6 built in '99, probably fewer w/ the HT (only 46% of M6 Forumla WS6s in '99 had HT).

That's a rare combo too, only 11 white A4 Formula WS6s built in '00, likely fewer w/ T-tops (only 63% of the A4 Formula WS6s had T-tops).

Nice cars, but priced about $10-12K too high IMO. If those cars with that mileage are worth what their asking, then mine's gotta be worth $35K. Those are priced what a 15K mile 1LE is worth.

I'm pretty sure the car you pictures is the car I currently own since around 2017 so would love to hear more about the history of it. I'm sure because that little damn fly that's in the corner inside the gauges is there in mine (would love to figure out how to get that out!). I'm considering selling it but might keep it. It has 89K miles on it now. still all stock. my cell is 908-397-3423, Chris. would love to have some backstory on it.

As it sits, I wouldn't consider it a "stunning" collector car like the ad states. I can see several flaws, areas of wear, and a general need for plenty of detailing before anyone with a sharp eye would consider it "stunning". It definitely has a lot of potential, but it's going to be a tough sell at $30k unless the owner really puts some effort into freshening it up and presenting it much better. Even then, I think it would need to be either lower miles or have some other rare & desirable qualities (such as being a 1LE, or a rare color, etc.) to get to a ~$30k sale price. It's not 2022 anymore, prices have retreated a bit on these cars along with most other special interest vehicles.
