I do not know if GM "numbered" the CETAs (like they did the 30ths). I would imagine that if they did, it would be on a small plaque on the dash somewhere.
If you are actually looking for your ASC conversion number (which was kept for all WS6s converted by ASC), you can check the sticky thread at the top of this section for how to contact ASC or someone who as access to that information.
The only thing that the driver door decal would have is the VIN# and the list of RPO codes the car was built with. You would need to VIN# to get the ASC#, but the VIN# itself contains only the year/make/model/body/engine and sequential build number for all Firebirds built in 2002.
