Gold plate my wheels?
I just bought a 10th Ann. Firehawk and the wheels got stolen yesterday . I have an extra set of silver firehawk wheels laying around. I had planned on either coating them or I was also thinking about having them gold plated . Kinda the look of a 30th T/A. Do you think it will look good or do you all think it will have a messed up look?

Wow, can't believe your friggin wheels got taken...that stinks!
I think that getting them powdercoated gold might be a better idea as far as keeping the original look and durability.
The plating I'm not sure of. I've seen one car that had wheels that "looked" plated and they did look good.
That was the 1998 Hurst Trans Am.
If I had to chose though...I'd get the plating just to be a bit different.
