1996 Formula WS6 Production Info
 

Hi, I am looking for the production/breakdown number's for 1996 WS6 Formula's. I just bought a silver 96 Formula WS6 A4. Trying to find out how rare it is. Thanks for any info.

Of the total 2575 '96 WS6s built, 524 were Formulas.

I don't have any further breakdown on '96 WS6s than that.

I didnt know they badged the lt1's as ws6

yep, 96 and 97 i believe, 95 was a comp t/a, and of course there were the original firehawks

Strange, that site shows that NO '96 WS6 Formulas were built. Wonder how that could be considering tlo94ta owns one. :eyes:

Obviously the marshu website is not correct/messed up.

I have been trying to find build number/production numbers for the 96 WS6s but have had no luck so far.

I dont know how creditable the numbers below are as they are from a private website. I myself didnt find these numbers but someone else did on this website and posted that they were from a private website.

A total of 2,575 WS6 cars were made in 1996, out of a total of 30,937 Firebirds.

1996 Formula WS6 Production Breakdown-

Of the 2,575 total WS6's, 524 Formula WS6's were built in 1996.


6 speed cars:

-139 black
-105 red
-51 white
-37 green
-27 silver

A4 cars:

-52 black
-55 red
-24 white
-21 green
-13 silver

It would be awesome to fine out more breakdown between ttops and hardtop. I have heard(rumor) that the hardtops are more rare).

Congrats looks like you might have one of the rarest 96 WS6 coupe formys. This information does go along with another private person that claimed he had 1 of 139 black six speeds.
