It looks like all of the Tech calls were done on Friday unless yours came during the late afternoon. Sales got hammered that day so they are catching up on some calls now.
We're hanging at 1 order for this GP so I think it's safe to say that the GP won't be going through.

Need 9 more for this to go through. I'm not sure if everyone has been waiting until the end but one order came in after this was posted and we've been hanging at one. The online discount will apply for orders that are placed on our website. That can help with the pricing.

This GP died a quiet death. There wasn't enough interest for it to go through.
Lead time will depend on the cage that your interested in. I've found that some have been shipping faster than others.
