The average gain for the LS2 intake manifold over stock is 11 rwhp/13rwtq, add another 6 rwhp and 7rwtq with the stage 2 over stock.

This is an 05 GTO M6 "on the dyno" A (stage 1 ported manifold) vs B (stage 2 ported manifold).


After getting the base line run in, the stage 1 was removed and the stage 2 was installed and tested.

Here is the stage 2 on a LS3 - the floors are completely sanded down and internal posts are removed, which is the same on a LS2, just didn't have one available to take a picture of at this moment




We can also port your intake manifold for $300.00 for a stage 1 or $400.00 for a stage 2, just send it in and allow 2-3 business days turn around time. If you would like one sent directly to you, just add a refundable $275.00 core charge to the porting cost, and one will be shipped out to you no charge via UPS ground to the lower 48. You can add throttle body porting to this as a package deal for an additional $100.00, same core charge applies if ordering our TB. Core charges are refunded when we receive your undamaged intake/TB back.

what gains are you seeing over a stock LS6 intake? how does this compare to a FAST 90/90 setup?

The FAST is the way to go when upgrading the LS6 manifold. A stage 2 ported LS2 will pick up a couple over the LS6, but nothing compared to a FAST, or better yet a ported FAST.

Yes we do, a brand new rail and we have stock LS3 injectors, or resized and flow matched 60 and 72lb / hr LS3 injectors.
